Deborah
Deborah Jones is the co-founder and CEO of Voices From Care Cymru and has campaigned for the upholding of the UNCRC and equality for care experienced young people in Wales over the last 25 years.
Participation & Influencing
Team Leader
Fran
Fran oversees the operations and development work within Voices From Care Cymru and provides frontline leadership, including planning an providing direction for the team’s work. Fran is also interested in widening participation, building relationships with partners and maximising future opportunities.
Development Officer (Influencing)
Tiff
Tiff supports the development of VFCC’s Influencing programme, the aim of which is to provide care experienced children and young people with the opportunity to directly and indirectly influence policy, practice and legislation that impacts the care experienced community in Wales. Tiff delivers workshops, events and campaigns for young people, partner organisations and statutory decision makers to provide an insight into what it means to be care experienced in Wales.

Aiden
Aiden is the Youth Development officer at Voices which involves coming up with ideas on how we can get young people from across Wales involved in our work and listening to what young people want. If you want to get involved with Voices From Care Cymru.
Wellbeing Service
Wellbeing Officer (North)
Sioned
Sioned is the Wellbeing Officer for North Wales. Sioned provides one to one support to care experienced young people around emotional and practical wellbeing. This can include support with health, housing, debt, employment, personal development and access to counselling.
Project Admin Officer – Wellbeing
Lucia
Lucia is responsible for the smooth running of the referrals to the Wellbeing Service and is the first face you meet when coming through the Voices doors, supporting young people through the referral process and reporting to the Wellbeing manager before 1 – 1 support begins.
Getting Ready Project
Getting Ready Officer (Ynys Mon)
Zoe
Zoe is the Getting Ready Officer for Ynys Mon and surrounding counties. Zoe will assist care experienced young people through the often difficult landscape of a transition from care setting to independent living.
Getting Ready Officer (Rhondda Cynon Taff)
Charlotte
Charlotte is the Getting Ready Officer for Rhondda Cynon Taff and surrounding counties. Charlotte will assist care experienced young people through the often difficult landscape of a transition from care setting to independent living.
Getting Ready Officer (Merthyr Tydfil)
Donna
Donna is the Getting Ready Officer for Merthyr Tydfil and surrounding counties. Donna will assist care experienced young people through the often-difficult landscape of a transition from care setting to independent living.
Volunteering
Volunteer Development Officer
Laura
Laura is the Volunteer Development Officer at Voices. This role involves helping to create and support a volunteer network within the organisation. Laura also assists with organising events, fundraising, and building relationships with other organisations and partners.
Sarah 
Sarah is responsible for recruiting volunteers who provide support to our members, help at events, fundraise for us and assist Voices From Care Cymru achieve its goals! She ensures volunteers are trained and are offered support when volunteering.
Sarah identifies organisations to assist with donations for our events, whether monetary or goods and is happy to talk to anyone who wants to take on a challenge while fundraising for a great cause!

Ittiyera is responsible for the day to day running of the organisation’s finances.
Business Support Administrator
Glenys
