Make a Referral

If you would like to access Voices From Care Cymru’s services you can refer yourself or if you are a professional. you can refer a young person.

Once completed, please send the form to lucia.sivori@vfcc.org.uk

We aim to contact all young people referred to the service within 48 hours (excluding weekends) once a referral has been received and allocated to the correct service,  as identified from the information contained in the completed referral form.
