You need to meet all three of the points on the application form.

- You are aged 17 to 21
- You are living independently or preparing for independent living

Add comfort and warmth during colder evenings and nights.
Thermal curtains and poles
Help keep warmth in the room and cold air out.
Draught excluders
Block cold air around doors, including internal doors.

Seal gaps around window frames to help keep warm air in.
